Online Store Operation
Our online store is open 24 hour, 7 days a week. You can access our online store as long as you have access to the Internet.
‘I Want That’ (IWT) has its business operation based in Singapore.
Thanks to the wonders of the Internet, our products are available to everyone, anytime, anywhere in the world on the condition that:-
- They are in stock, and
- Your payment can be accepted through Paypal (our selected 3rd party payment gateway) or bank transfers (for purchases made in Singapore only.)
Placing your order
Log in to your account or register an account with us if you haven’t. You’ll need a registered account with us for your order to be processed.
(Go to “Your Account” to find out more.)
Once you are logged in, you can proceed to pick, order and pay.
To add an item to your shopping bag, click on the ‘I want that now’ icon located at the end of each product page. Your item will then be added to the shopping bag.
Please note that your selected item remains available to other shoppers and will only be reserved when your payment have been received by us.
Orders are processed on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Checking Out
To make payment for your product, click on the shopping bag icon located at top right corner of your screen. That will take you to our check-out page.
To complete your transaction, please confirm your order details, select the mode of payment and whether you wish to have your order gift-wrapped.
Once you have verified these information, select ‘Check Out’ to continue.
Please provide us with the requested billing and shipping addresses. Fill in the shipping address if it is not the same as your billing address. You can save that address in your address book for future transactions.
If you are sending the item to the same address as your billing address, simply check on the box and your shipping address will automatically be listed.
Once you have completed, click ‘Submit’ to proceed for payment.

All payments are to be made to Art for the Masses LLP. Art for the Masses LLP (LLP No. LL0700669K) is the parent enterprise that owns and operates www.iwantthat.sg.
Mode of Payment
Payments can be made through the following:-
- Paypal – Major Credit Cards as accepted through Paypal.
You need to be a registered Paypal user in order to make payment through Paypal. Please note that all prevailing term & condition are applicable as stated in the Paypal website.
- Bank Transfer (Applicable to purchases in Singapore only)
You can make payment through bank transfer only if you are making your purchase in Singapore.
Just select ‘Bank Transfer’ as your payment type. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address listed in your account along with instructions on how to complete your payment transaction.
Please note that transfers between different banks can take up to 3 working days to process, and we can’t confirm your order or reserve your item until payment has been received by us. To speed up the order process, we recommend that you make an account-to-account transfer within the same banking establishment as the transfer will be immediate.
Prices & Currency
All our prices are in SGD by default.
We do have a currency converter that will allow you to view our prices in Euro dollars (EURO) and US Dollars (USD). Please note that the prices in USD and EURO represent the approximate value of the product according to prevailing market rates.
Your payment will be processed and billed in SGD and subjected to the currency conversion rates offered by the bank through which you have made your card payment.
Gift-Wrapping
All our bags, clutches and bikinis come with an exclusive IWT designed packaging bag. It is quite pretty. However, if you still wish to have your item to be gift-wrapped further, we can have it done at an additional charge of SG$3.00 per item. Just indicate which item you wish to have gift wrapped when you are at check out.
Checking on the Status of Your Order
You may check on the status of your order at anytime by logging onto “My Account”.
Once you are logged on, click on the “Order Status” quick button located in the green bar at the bottom of each page for easy access to your order status.
Confirmation of Your Order
Your order will be confirmed once your payment has been processed and accepted. We will send you a confirmation email to inform you regarding your order.
An separate email will be sent to you once your item has been shipped.
Order Processing Time
All order will be processed and shipped out within 3 business days from the time of your order confirmation.
