All local and international shipping are via Singpost Registered Mail as a standard. Please click to this link to find out the prevailing mail rates:

We have included the weight of our products in all our product descriptions pages so you will know what you are paying for. Upon checkout, the total weight of all your purchases will be tabulated and our system will calculate your shipping charges based on prevailing postage rates and the total weight of your items.

Please note that weight indicated in each product page is inclusive of its packaging.

Checking on the status of your shipment

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your item has been shipped. Do keep the Shipping Reference Number handy as you will need it to trace your registered article.

The information can be found under “My Account”. Just make sure you are logged on to your account and click on “Order Status” quick button located in the green bar at the bottom of each page for easy access to your order status.
